ABOUT CARWILD
Carwild Corporation, in partnership with Medsorb Dominicana, is a contract medical manufacturer with facilities in New London, Connecticut, and San Pedro de Macorís, Dominican Republic. The corporation manufactures medical devices while maintaining ISO 13485 certification and registration with the U.S. FDA. Specializing in absorbent medical technologies, our business development team works with polyvinyl acetate (PVA) and hydrophilic urethane (PU) foam, as well as specialty medical-grade threads, to meet clients’ custom needs. Additionally, Carwild’s converting capabilities include cottons (all sourced in North America), injection molding, rayons, composite materials, specialized assembly, die-cutting, sewing, sonic welding, and sterile packaging. The company serves several medical markets, including dental, ophthalmic, ENT, orthopedic, neurological, endovascular, and wound care.

Carwild Corporation is a family-owned business, founded in 1978 by Joel Wildstein. The second generation and current president David Wildstein has worked on continuing the growth of the company. Carwild has over 40 years of experience dealing with the medical industry and meeting its requirements. We have added additional capabilities through various acquisitions, and in partnership with our various clients. Our team remains passionate about our client relations and giving back to our community, both in Connecticut and the Dominican Republic.
