Converting capabilities
Carwild Corporation’s international manufacturing operated are conducted through Medsorb Dominicana, S.A., located in the Zona Franca Industrial of San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic. Spanning over 250,000 square feet across seven building, our facilities are fully registered with the United States FDA, ISO 13485 certified and approved by select international regulatory bodies.
Controlled Production Rooms
Within our facilities, controlled-access rooms are tailored for diverse manufacturing processes. These rooms are environmentally managed to meet exacting standards for
- Temperature and humidity control
- HEPA-grade air filtration
- Positive air pressure containment
- Cleanroom-grade sanitation
EDUCATION PROGRAM
Our Education Program continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our employees. Over the past few years, many participants have successfully completed their degrees, using their education to grow both personally and professionally.
Currently, the program supports 102 active participants with 48 new members added this year alone. Among them, 49 individuals are pursuing university degrees while others are enhancing their expertise through technical and specialized courses.
This initiative has not only helped shape brighter futures but has also led to real career advancements. Several participants have already been promoted, applying their newly acquired knowledge directly to their roles.
